Veranda Apartments, a complex of five residential buildings is a newly approved project by the Municipality of Prishtina, which will start its constructions in 2009. This complex will be located on a residential neighborhood on the west side of the city, in Arberia.

Veranda apartments is a luxury residential complex with each of its buildings made up of 6 levels. Which also include the “Penthouse Veranda” in the last levels with their panoramic view of 180 degrees to the city center of Prishtina. This residential complex contains social areas, recreational and sports areas, the children parks with its equipments and an underground parking for each building.

This project developed by Rubin Invest, with its postmodern architecture preserving traditional design in combination with the modern, will offer convenience for each taste. Not forgetting to mention here also the direct access from the main road which is a priority for residents of this complex.

The project will be developed as a traditional frame structure, while the foundation type will be a pile foundations system.
