The Venice Biennale for over a century has been one of the most prestigious cultural institutions in the world. Ever since its foundation in 1895, it has been in the avant-garde, promoting new artistic trends and organizing international events in contemporary arts.

The Exhibition which is complemented by 55 National Participations hosting for the first time the Kosovan Architecture Pavillion. Debuting at the 13th International Architecture Exhibition, the country’s pavilion, The Filigree Maker, of the curator Përparim Rama which was chosen as an opportunity to promote the heritage and the potential of the Republic of Kosovo in architecture.

Inspired by the theme of the Biennale and the first time participation of Kosovan Architecture, Association of Architects in Kosova  in collaboration with MADEN GROUP and ONUP are offering a full financial coverage to nearly twenty (20) Kosovan architects the chance of participation in this international event, which will be chosen via a competition.
