Renewable energy has become very popular in a polluted world and with exhausted earth energy resources. One of the major innovation in renewable energy are the solar panels. Solar panels refers to a panel designed to absorb the sun’s rays as a source of energy for generating electricity or heating.

Future technology on solar panels has been presented on the 6^th of July 2016 in Kosovo, from the German company “J.v.G Thoma” together with his local partner “J.v.G. Jaha Energy”. The partnership opened the biggest solar panel plant near Prishtina worth more than 5 million euros. The plant with an area of 3,000 m², focuses 100% on DESERT technology and has an annual capacity of 200,000 photovoltaic panels of 250 watt.

J.v.G Thoma was founded in 1997 and has worked on design and construction of special machinery, soldering and automated coating systems. A year after, the company entered the solar market, raising the bar on quality and efficiency of solar system products.  J.v.G Jaha Energy has brought the same technology in Kosovo with the new plant, offering products with over 10 years warranty and 90% performance guarantee.
