In the south-west part of Peja, 2 km from the city center, the newest most modern and urban planned project, has started taking form. The C type is a 156.27 m² house, designed for newly wed couples, with the ground floor including a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The first floor has 3 bedrooms,a bathroom and 2 balconies.

The designers have also though for the community by separating a beautiful place for a swimming pool, sport fields and enough sidewalk benches. Families with children have also the opportunity to send their children in a school near the neighborhood.

The neighborhood is being built in a rich environment surrounded by nature, which has inspired the investor with the moto “Nature is my house”.
