This new arrangement involves the redevelopment of the Prizren’s city stadium “Perparim Thaci” and it’s surrounding park. Developed to a larger site, the proposal comprises a 15,000 seats stadium, enclosed on all sides. The new proposal is thought as a contemporary multifunctional urban regenerator, which will play a key role in transforming the city’s multifunctional culture.
