This project has started right after the urban plan of Arberia neighborhood was approved by the Municipality of Prishtina. This area according to its urban plan is foreseen mostly for residential buildings.

This complex designed by Pan-Engineering is made up of 3 residential blocks with an area of 10950 square meters. These blocks have a height of 7 floors plus the basement which functions for underground parking and the ground floor which will be used for business units.

Development of the whole project is based on three main parameters, insolation, view, and spaces for greenery.
