On the opposite side of the same street of the “Rilindja” highrise (which is currently undergoing extensive reconstruction works as reported earlier in our blog), a residential highrise is under construction.

This highrise is located in Pejton and will be 23 floors tall. The first 5 floors above ground level will be used for commercial purposes, while the rest of the 18 floors will serve for residential purposes.
