New Highrise Complex in Lakrishte

In the southern part of Lakrishte area in Prishtina, 1 block away from the “World Trade Center Prishtina” land plot – a new 15 storey highrise complex is under construction.

The highrise complex is a mixed-use development which will house 18.380 square meter of offices, appartments and various retail facilities.

The project is designed by “Studio CODEX sh.p.k” and “Horizons Group”, while the investor and developer is “EDRI sh.p.k”. Estimated completion time for the project is July 2010.
