The current trend to build tall in Prishtina continues. In Lakrishte, very close to the ENK Complex, another highrise complex has started constructions.  The project called “Donika II” will have a  mixed-use function, like most other projects planned in Lakrishte, in accordance with the regulation plan for the area.

58.000 square meters will be built to house apartments, offices and retail facilities. The complex consists of buildings of different heights; 11 floors, 18 floors, 20 floors and 22 floors respectively – while 3 underground floors are planned for car parking facilities.

The investor is “Olti Trasing”, a branch of “Beni Dona”, and the architecture studio is “Horizons Group”.
