Designed by Infinit Architects, located at the entrance of Prishtina, Emerald Hotel is a linkage between the city of Prishtina and the industrial-business areas developing around it. The 7.700 square meters hotel started in 2009, and was completed in 2011.

Designed to accommodate 72 rooms on five floors, the hotel is divided into two main complexes, for different uses.

The main complex houses 64 guest rooms, a handicap room and 7 spacious suites. The complex consists of the guest facilities, including the lobby bar, a business center, and of three restaurants, in-house buffet area, a VIP restaurant, and a snack restaurant. Also includes a wellness center of 200 square meters (with Sauna and Spa) and the multi-purpose meeting rooms of varying capacities.  While the smaller complex houses a large banquet hall, where one can celebrate marriage ceremony or wedding anniversary.

There are four types of guest rooms (single bedroom, double bedroom, junior suite, executive suite) which are equipped with all guest accommodations featuring elegant bathrooms, air-condition, Wi-Fi, and flat-screen televisions with premium cable and international channels.

Emerald Hotel has sufficient parking space for 400 vehicles, landing space for helicopters and also 24h Security Service.
