Chairman of Mabetex Group, Behgjet Pacolli, has required from the Municipality of Prishtina the permission to build a complex for business and trading opposite to the Kosova’s Government high-rise.

This project which was handed-over to the Municipality of Prishtina before 8 months, has an area of 200.000 m² and a height of 40 floors including a Five Star Hotel, Business Center, Bank Building, Retail area, four(4) level underground parking, a square and an open theater.

A source of us indicates that this complex is planned to be build on the quarter of “Hotel Ilira”, with its surrounding residence buildings, and shops including here also the National Theater of Prishtina, which will be replaced with a new one. Investor of this complex will compensate all the private owners living/working on this quarter by trading-off their old properties with the new ones.
