Our friend from Shkamb Constructions shared with us this new residential building in Tophane, Prishtina.

This residential building, which will be located in a city block with buildings of differing heights has an area of 5.500 square meters, with an height of 9 floors. It contains 47 apartments, a commercial store on the ground floor and an underground floor planned for car parking facilities.

The apartments are of different sizes, starting from the smaller once 60, 63 and 66 square meters which include the main functions of an apartment (bath, bedroom, kitchen+dinning room, living room) to the bigger once with an area of 105 and 130 square meters.  Each of these apartments have a balcony of varying depths.

The project is currently on the detailing plans.
