Located in the future building complex of the Lakrishte neighborhood, a new apartment building has been inserted into the existing context with remarkable ease. Architects of Nartel Company designed a composition based on the area’s rise scale, which has made possible the incorporation of a higher superstructure, set a little behind and above the central volume.

The vertical line of the residential tower is cut up and transformed into horizontal layering, providing the tower with the intense dynamics. The first’s floor and terrace are intended for public use, for various service providers and office activities, and for grocery stores and other shops, while the upper floors are intended as flats.

The retail floors contrasts with the residential units by the glass-worn appearance. Where the use of glass, further contributes to an image that references the new architectural trends of the city.
